Troubleshooting

1. Mouse does not function

 If mouse is not functional, please turn off the computer

first.

 Q: The mouse cursor can only move left & right during

operation

A: Please try to remove the device and plug it again.

2. Mouse movement is not smooth

 Since the laser chart eristic (very small beam & high

sensitivity), cursor may not move smoothly on certain rough

surfaces. Please try other surface and check again.

 This mouse is not designed to work on glass. While working

on most of shining surfaces, its performance is much better

than other traditional optical mice.
